WHY WE THINK TO START MyPahchan?
Introduction
We relocated from Sirsa, in Haryana, to Jaisalmer, in Rajasthan, in June of 2007.
In my service tenure at Jaisalmer (2007-May,2008) I joined B.Ed. the course at
Pokhran so that the second career option can be ready after Retirement from
IAF.
“But”
On One Day in one night duty in a remote area of Jaisalmer Base during rest
time I was writing the B.Ed. teaching files and suddenly realized that
Why am I looking for another option?
Why do people change jobs?
Why are some people
dissatisfied in their current jobs?
Why are some
people more prosperous and satisfied in their work?
Why do People move for work, but why do they do that?
Why certain segments of societies are overdeveloped but why some segments are underdeveloped?
Why is some part of the Nation in well-to-do but some part
of the nation is underdeveloped?
Above Points very next day I discussed this with one of my seniors (Mr. R Singh,
W.O.) and he guided me to go for study Psychology Being in a combatant Service it was a Tough Task for us but senior support & guidance helped to go for the Higher Study in "Applied psychology ”.
I joined,
M.Sc. in Applied Psychology and PGDGC at Annamalai
University to understand Individual Differences, Attitudes, Aptitudes, Personality,
Interests, Work Values, IQs, EQs, and Learning Styles and how to explore all
these within Individuals so that proper guidance & and support can be
provided in time for better-informed Decisions in any field of Life.
Students learn a variety of statistics on Individual
Development and Unique Features in their studies.
While studying psychology for three years, we conducted
several psychometric tests on a variety of subjects using a variety of tools
(psychometric), which allowed us to accurately analyze the subjects.
Then How to recognize the “UNIQUE FEATURES” of each individual without being
“Unbiased”? at all levels of the Nation with the help of “Psychometric
Assessments” are a very tough task for us but in the year 2016 (June) put
up the foundation of “MyPahchan” so that we can spread awareness among people so that each individual is unique and their uniqueness can be recognized and
realized through scientific ways that are Psychometric Assessments/
Comprehensive Career Assessments.
If an individual’s true potential is recognized at an early stage, then we can
create a history for the Development / Growth of the individual, Society, and
Nation by saving many numbers of Unproductive Years.
But how can such a Huge Task even begin? We were having a Vital Question in front
of us.
For this, We with our team Under “MyPahchan” Started a Driven Technology platform
under the URL www.mypahchan.com for Career Assessments, Counselling, and Guidance in April in the year 2018 at Thane, Mumbai, MH.
Our team found that there is no proper platform in the area of an underdeveloped
part of the Nation, if there is a platform then they have a lot of LIMITATIONS
but we are open and approachable to all through all means i.e., Online/Offline around
the clock.

Good efforts. All theories of career counseling are related to this. In the Era of throught cut competition guidance helps a lot. My Pehchan is helping lot many people in the field of job happiness.
